On the heels of an announcement by StJohn Group that it would no longer operate as a distributor, co-founder John Caldwell has announced that he has formed a new company dedicated to marketing and distributing "luxury class technology" for dealers with design-centric clients in the residential, commercial and hospitality markets.

Called Grace Motif LLC, the new Scottsdale, AZ-based company, is located adjacent to the designer showroom-intensive, Scottsdale Airpark.
