Consumer Cellular Expands LTE Smartphone Lineup

MVNO Consumer Cellular, the no-contract service provider that targets people ages 50 and up, expanded its selection of 4G LTE phones with the launch of the Huawei Vision 3 LTE and Motorola Moto G LTE smartphones.

Both models replace their 3G predecessors in the company’s lineup.

The $100 Huawei Vision 3 LTE features Android 4.4 OS, 5-inch 720 by 1,280 pixel display, 1.2GHz quad-core processor, and 5-megapixel main camera with 720p HD video capture and playback. It also features 32GB microSD card slot, 36-hour battery life, Bluetooth, hearing-aid compatibility, FM radio, and an “Easy Mode” UI option.

The $150 Motorola Moto G LTE is the third-generation Moto E and features Android 5.1 OS, 5-inch 720 by 1,280 pixel display, 1.4GHz quad-core processor, 13-megapixel camera with 1080p video capture and playback, and 32GB microSD card slot.
