INDIANAPOLIS – CEDIA Expo returned to its traditional venue here in Indiana with enormous cakes shaped like remotes, luxury cars, gaming chairs and even a new tablet PC.

More than 17,600 attendees and 444 exhibitors from 70 different countries participated in CEDIA Expo 2011, held Sept. 7-10. Attendance was down slightly from last year’s 20,700 and 453 exhibitors.

But there was plenty of activity on the show floor and during related events as these pictures duly note.
