City of Industry, Calif. - Sceptre introduced this week a swivel-capable 42-inch LCD HDTV with advanced stereo sound.

Model X425BV-FHD (available now for a less than $370 suggested retail) features FullHD 1,920 by 1080p resolution, 5ms response time and 1.06 billion color palette.

Sound is enhanced with SRS TruSurround HD technology and a 7-band equalizer.

Inputs include four HDMI ports.

According to the estimated yearly energy cost provided by the Federal Trade Commission, Sceptre said the unit's energy consumption amounts to approximately $16 per year.
