Tempe, Ariz. - Rockford Corp. president and board member Bill Jackson has taken on the additional role of CEO following a board vote.

 Jackson "is responsible for day-to-day operations, strategic planning and the future path of the company," a Rockford statement said. Jackson has been with the company for 15 years.

 The publicly traded car audio aftermarket supplier sells products under six brands: Rockford Fosgate, Rockford Acoustic Design, Lightning Audio, Brax, Helix, and Renegade.
