Tempe, Ariz. — Gary Suttle, CEO of Rockford for 15 years, announced his retirement from the car audio company.

Rockford said it will not replace Suttle but his duties will be assumed by various executives, including current president Bill Jackson.

Suttle became Rockford’s CEO in 1992 and helped take the company public in 1999.
