A Firsthand Look At Target’s New Smart Shop Pilot

TWICE recently reported on Target’s first formal in-store foray into smart devices — a six-section curated shop that is currently being tested in a Minneapolis-area store.

While the pictures we ran may be worth a thousand words, a video’s impact is innumerable. Enter Field Agent, an Arkansas-based mystery shopper and marketplace intelligence service, which sent an undercover customer into the new Connected Living department, armed only with a smartphone’s digicam.
