Newport Beach, Calif. - Renae Crane, wife of Ken Crane's principal Casey Crane, succumbed to cancer last week following a long battle with the disease.

She leaves her husband and six children, as well as both parents and three siblings. She passed quietly at home, surrounded by her family, sister-in-law Pam Crane said.

A memorial service will be held this afternoon at 2:00 p.m. at St. Andrews Presbyterian Church in Newport Beach, Calif.
