Flexson, an accessory manufacturer that specializes in Sonos, has launched new extension cables for Sonos systems.
The new cables were designed to provide more placement flexibility. “The standard Sonos mains cables aren’t that long,” said David Cain, Flexson sales and marketing manager, “which has meant many users resort to either using bulky extension blocks, or putting their speakers near a mains socket, rather than where they really want them.”
Two different cables were introduced, both offered in black or white and in 3.3- or 10-foot lengths. The Flexson Extension power cable for Sonos Play:3, Play:5, Playbar and Sub is priced at $15.95 (3.3 feet) and $21.95 (10 feet).
The Flexson Extension power cable for Sonos Play:1/Play:5 is $15.95 or $21.95.
