Leading projector provider Optoma Technology has boosted the pro side of its A/V business with the additions of Ashanti Long and Bob Guentner.
Long, ex- of Black Diamond Video and AMX, was named senior director of pro A/V sales North America, while Guentner returns to Optoma from NEC as technical sales senior manager.
The company said it has “committed heavily” to the pro channel this year, and that the new additions “bring deep experience in technical and channel sales that will further the company’s position” in that market.
