Riva Audio has named Michael Gleason sales VP.
Gleason joins the company from Deezer, where he was global general manager of sales channels for home audio. Prior to Deezer, he was sales director for Monster, and he has also held positions with Mitsubishi, Fujitsu, Sharp Elite, Artisan and AVAD.
Gleason will be tasked with promoting Riva Audio and its new Wand line of multi-space wireless audio products worldwide.
“I was blown away by the quality of audio coming out of these speakers and the technology being developed here that is taking this category to a completely different level,” said Gleason in a statement. “Their enthusiasm and passion is contagious and I could not be more excited to be part of this team.”
The Wand series will be unveiled at CEDIA this week.
