Newark, Calif. — Logitech International has hired Vincent Pilette as its new chief financial officer.
Pilette, who reports directly to Logitech president/CEO Bracken Darrell, was previously CFO of Electronics for Imaging. Prior to that Pilette spent 14 years at Hewlett-Packard, holding a variety of finance positions finance VP for HP’s multibillion dollar server, storage and networking business.
Logitech’s previous CFO, Erik Bardman, left the company in April to join Roku as its CFO.
