Innovative Technology Names Tim Trzepacz New VP

Innovative Technology is going all-in on a new e-commerce strategy and has brought on Tim Trzepacz as its e-commerce VP, a new position.

The company manufactures headphones, portable power products, turntables and digital jukeboxes under the Innovative Technology and Victrola brands. Its products are sold through Walmart, Target, Best Buy, Staples and other brick-and-mortar retailers, and the products will be available on over 100 e-tailer sites starting June 1. New channels will include the websites of its brick-and-mortar partners, as well as additional partners like Amazon.

Trzepacz, who was previously e-commerce merchandising VP at Brookstone and a co-founder of Vers Audio, will be tasked with expanding the brands into the e-commerce space.

Innovative Technology’s entry into e-tailing has been ramping up since 2014, when it launched a beta strategy, Corey Lieblein, owner and CEO, told TWICE.  Its first 13 years in business were “hyper focused on brick-and-mortar,” he said. The company had $3 million in online sales last year and intends to achieve $20 million this year.
