LOS ANGELES — James Fishler, formerly LG Electronics USA marketing and go to market operations (CMO) senior VP, has joined Beats Electronics as sales VP.
Fishler’s departure follows the recent announcement that Jay Vandenbree, LG Electronics USA Home Entertainment senior VP, will retire at the end of the year.
Vandenbree’s duties will be absorbed by incoming LG Electronics USA president William Cho.
No announcements have been made on whom Fishler will be replacing at Beats or whom his successor will be, if any, at LG Electronics.
Fishler, like Vandenbree, had been a longtime Sony veteran. He joined LGE as sales VP in June 2009.
