Southfield, Mich. - Parrot has released a software upgrade for its CK3100 LCD hands-free Bluetooth system.

The software improvement, version 5.0, is said to offer increased compatibility with available mobile phones, as well as faster and better contact synchronization, particularly with the iPhone. The company has also implemented a complete revision of the pairing menu for a more intuitive user interface, it said.

The upgrade is available to download from www.parrot.com. There is no charge.
