Holmdel, N.J.— Vonage said that XM Satellite Radio CEO Hugh Panero resigned from the Vonage board of directors effective Aug. 18, according to a Form 8-K filed with the Securities Exchange Commission.

The short statement said Panero resigned due to “the demands of his role at XM.”
