Secaucus, N.J. - Thirty days or less from the release of five new digital video cameras, Panasonic disclosed Thursday suggested pricing on the new additions for the first time.

The previously announced models include the HM-TA20 ($199 suggested retail) and HM-TA2 ($169) pocket HD video cameras and three new dual (still/motion video) cameras, the HX-WA10 ($349), the HX-DC10 ($279) and the HX-DC1 ($199). All will be available in stores starting in early July, Panasonic said.

The HM-TA20 features FullHD 1080 video recording; a waterproof (to 10 feet), shock-proof (from 5 feet) and dust-proof design, Night View mode; and a small and compact size. Also included is a 3-inch touchscreen LCD.

Video is captured in MPEG-4 AVC file format, which is convenient for editing images.

The HM-TA2 is another compact and mobile camera with most of the same features as the HM-TA20 except the all-weather design.

The three new Dual Cameras, the HX-WA10, the HX-DC10 and the HX-DC1, all feature easy-to-hold vertical designs, FullHD video recording and separate video/photo capture buttons. The HX-WA10 features a waterproof (to 10 feet) design, and both the HX-WA10 and HX-DC10 models include Panasonic's 16-megapixel Backside Illumination (BSI) sensor that enhance low-light shooting.

All three record video in the MPEG-4 AVC file format (MP4), in addition to recording high-resolution still images.

The HX-DC1 takes 14-megapixel photos. All will simultaneously shoot both 2-megapixel still photos and HD video and include 5x optical zoom lenses.
