Avenel, N.J. - Eric Oppenheimer has joined DJ-Tech Professional, a division of Thunderball Marketing, as sales director for its portable audio division.

Oppenheimer spent the past 6 ½ years with Fender Audio, most recently as sales manager.

In a prepared statement the company said Oppenheimer will "increase DJ-Tech Professional's presence in the portable audio community, improve market share and secure important dealer relationships."

DJ-Tech's parent company, Thunderball marketing, is a wholesaler of professional audio, car audio and CE products in the U.S.
