Yahoo's Bartz To Keynote '10 CES

Arlington, Va. - Carol Bartz, CEO of Yahoo, will
deliver a keynote address at the 2010 International CES, according to the
Consumer Electronics Association (CEA), the show's producer.

"Yahoo is a top global brand whose vision is to be the center of
people's online lives, and Carol Bartz is leading the development of Yahoo!'s
approach to delivering personally relevant, meaningful Internet experiences,"
said Gary Shapiro, president/ CEO of CEA, in a statement. "We welcome Carol
Bartz to the 2010 CES keynote stage to talk about what's next for Yahoo! and
the industry."

Ford Picked As Opening Keynoter 

Bartz has served as CEO and as a member of the Yahoo's board
since January. Previously, Bartz served as executive chairman, president and
CEO of Autodesk, and has held positions at Sun Microsystems, Digital Equipment
and 3M. She is currently on the boards of the National Medals of Science and
Technology Foundation and Cisco Systems.

Bartz will take the CES keynote stage at 11 a.m. on Thursday,
Jan. 7, 2010, in the Hilton Theater of the Las Vegas Hilton. Carol Bartz joins
Steve Ballmer of Microsoft, Alan Mulally of Ford, Paul Otellini of Intel,
Olli-Pekka Kallasvuo of Nokia and Zhou Houjan of Hisense.
