Berkeley, Calif. - High-end home-theater projector manufacturer Wolf Cinema said Monday that it will ship
next month its SDC-15 3D projector, nicknamed "The Cub."

"The Cub" is said to be enabled for both 2D and 3D viewing on
screens measuring up to 11-feet wide.

It is powered by a next generation three-chip, D-ILA [Direct
Drive Image Light Amplifier] light engine and produces full 1080p HD
resolution.

Shipping in North America in July, "The Cub," will ring in at a $15,000
suggested retail.

"Since our inception three years ago, Wolf Cinema's home theater
projectors have earned their reputation for ultimate imaging excellence and
product reliability," stated John Hunter, Sumiko/Wolf Cinema president. "We're
excited to release another platform that will likely set new standards for true
filmic 3D imaging experience in the home."

The Cub's display engine includes advanced video processing
algorithms, 99 custom memory calibration settings plus a precision optics
package.

The 3D technology is based on the 3D active shutter glasses
system, and will be capable of displaying the full resolution output by the optional
Wolf Cinema ProScaler.

The ProScaler also includes expanded connectivity. The Cub was
said to have been designed with a highly-efficient thermal chassis for extended
projector and lamp life.

The unit's cabinet comes in high gloss black. A full system IR
remote control, LAN and RS-232 system control capabilities are included.

The SDC-15 features a dual set of HDMI 1.4 inputs, and one set of
component and PC inputs.

Additional home theater options include two Wolf Cinema VariScope
FX fixed cinema anamorphic lens assemblies that help enable full 2:35
widescreen viewing without top/bottom "black bars."

Wolf projectors are distributed exclusively in North America by
Sumiko and are sold through a elite network of custom A/V installers.
