Baton Rouge, La. –
Wave Electronics, a member of the Powerhouse Alliance distributor organization,
has opened its seventh branch, here.
With the rapid
expansion and growth of their present New Orleans location, it was realized
that the Baton Rouge market, an hour away, was being underserved, Wave said in
a statement.
The new branch
will also feature video conferencing to sales staff in New Orleans, who have
served many of these same customers.
Wave sales
associates can assist their Baton Rouge customers and answer questions as if
they were there in person, the distributor said.
The new Wave Baton
Rouge is located at 14141 Airline Rd. Bldg 3 Suite J, Baton Rouge, LA 70817. Wave
expects the Baton Rouge location will add significant growth to what the
company has already experienced in New Orleans.
To launch the
Baton Rouge grand opening, Wave Electronics will be hosting a grand-opening expo
in Baton Rouge on May 3rd at the Lod Cook Conference Center and Cook Hotel on
the LSU campus. Featured vendors will include
Pioneer, JVC, Polk Audio and many more top-tier vendors. In excess of 35 brands
will be represented by booths/ displays with prize giveaways throughout the
day.
