Voxx’s MyWayTV Gives Cord-Cutters New Option

Las Vegas -– Voxx Accessories’ Terka brand introduced here its MyWayTV with Roku streaming, an integrated set-top device that marries a Terk 360 degree TV antenna for urban and near suburban areas with a hard-bundled Roku streaming stick.

The device, which will ship to leading CE retailers this spring at a $169 suggested retail price, will give consumers free HD over-the-air broadcast programming and streaming programming in an solution.

The Roku Streaming Stick connects to the MyWayTV set-top via an MHL-compliant HDMI input. The box will then connect with an HD-ready TV, according to Voxx.

The company sees MyWayTV offering consumers a cost-friendly way of watching their favorite TV shows without having to pay expensive cable, satellite or telco-TV bills.

The system, however, was not designed for more rural customers, who may require a larger roof-top antenna to receive over-the-air broadcasts.

The MyWayTV ships will all necessary connection cables, a system remote and the Roku Streaming Stick.
