Vizio, Roku Add NBA Game Time App

New York – NBA
Digital said Monday that it has expanded the NBA Game Time mobile app, which features
access to NBA scores, highlights and news, to television through new agreements
with Vizio and Roku.

Vizio TVs and

Roku’s

Internet video system
and devices will feature access to the service for the remainder of the 2010
NBA Playoffs, NBA Digital said.

The NBA Game Time
application features video highlights of every game, real-time access to game
summaries, complete player statistics, access to news and more.

The app will be
available in the widgets gallery on TVs with the Vizio Internet Apps platform.
It will also be found as a free download for Roku devices via the Roku Channel
Store.

The NBA Game Time
mobile platform is available for $2.99 during the playoffs on the Android
Marketplace, Apple App Store and BlackBerry App World.

Fans have access
to video highlights, game recaps, live game audio broadcasts of every team,
real time game alerts, daily news updates and weekly video features.

An NBA Game Time
Lite version is available across all mobile platforms and featuring game
scores, stats and NBA TV highlights is available for free, NBA Digital said.

Since launching in
April 2009, NBA Game Time mobile applications have been downloaded more than
1.7 million times.

NBA Digital is a
joint venture platform between the NBA and Tuner Sports.

Assets include NBA
TV, NBA.com, NBA League Pass, NBA League Pass Broadband, NBA Mobile,
NBADLEAGUE.com and WNBA.com.
