Irvine, Calif. – Vizio announced
today it has resolved its legal dispute with E & S International and signed
a licensing agreement with that firm.
In a written release
Vizio said E & S has become a licensee under Vizio’s QAM patent portfolio.
“Having successfully resolved the disputes, we shall
continue to aggressively protect our rights and actively expand VIZIO’s
licensing program,” added Rob Brinkman, Vizio’s chief administrative
officer.
Financial terms of the agreement were not disclosed.
