Tweeter Home Entertainment Group has formed an in-home installation group.
The management team will operate regionally to implement national procedures and policies for its custom installers. The In-Home Installation Directors, as they will be called, will work closely with the company’s regional sales managers to manage in-home installation operations and ultimately, drive custom sales.
Bob Staples, a 17-year Tweeter veteran, is now in-home installation VP. Most recently, he served as sales VP for the company’s Mid-Atlantic, California and Texas regions. He remains in the company’s King of Prussia, Pa. office and will oversee all of the newly appointed In-Home Installation Directors.
Michael Hoban, who served as a regional sales manager in the company’s Mid-Atlantic region will take on the role of in-home installation director for the New England area. Frank MacGregor, will become the in-home installation director in the Mid-Atlantic region. MacGregor previously served as a regional sales manager in the Tweeter Southeast/ HiFi Buys region.
Scott Nugent, formerly a group manager for Tweeter in Dallas will take over as in-home installation director for Texas. Patrick Ingram, who served as a regional sales manager in Tweeter’s Southern California region will stay on the West Coast to become the West in-home installation director. Other members of the group who have been handling in-home installs in the past, will continue to be involved.
