Alviso, Calif. — TiVo has appointed Karen Bressner as its new advertsing sales senior VP.
Bressner will be based in New York and will report directly to TiVo president/CEO Tom Rogers. She has more than 25 years of experience in developing strategies for integrated sales efforts across national cable television, broadcasting and online, TiVo said.
Prior to joining TiVo, Bressner was national advertising sales senior VP for such Viacom International brands as Nick at Nite, TV Land and TVLand.com.
Earlier, she was Discovery Communication’s eastern region sales VP.
