New York — Sirius XM announced the senior executive team for the newly merged company will include five members, one from XM and four from Sirius.
The team includes Dara Altman, executive VP and chief administrative officer; Patrick Donnelly, executive VP and general counsel; David Frear, executive VP and chief financial officer; Scott Greenstein, entertainment and sports president; and James Meyer, operations and sales president.
Sirius XM CEO Mel Karmazin said in a memo to employees, “I am pleased to announce the appointment of the senior executive team for the new company … These executives will comprise my executive committee and report directly to me: Please join me in congratulating these individuals who have helped build this industry and should give us all great confidence in the future of our company. I look forward to naming additional members of Sirius XM Radio’s management in the near future.”
