Sirius XM Change Channel Lineup

11/12/2008 11:21:00 AM Eastern

New York — Sirius XM changed its channel lineup and is allowing some of the exclusive programs from each service to be heard from either XM or Sirius.

The most exclusive channels featuring the NFL, Howard Stern and Oprah are still not available on both services unless users pay an additional $4/month to subscribe to a Best of Both plan. Major League Baseball is also not offered on both services.

Under the newly revised channel lineup, both Sirius and XM listeners can hear channels and shows from Bob Dylan, Bruce Springsteen, Jimmy Buffett, Elvis Presley, Grateful Dead, Eminem, Frank Sinatra and others, while previously many of these were offered on either only Sirius or only XM.
