On-Q, NuVo Combines Sales Teams

Hebron, Ky. — Legrand will merge its NuVo Technologies and On-Q Technologies sales teams to represent both brands across all regional sales territories to dealers and distributors, Legrand announced.

The change will enable NuVo to “leverage the well-established, proven sales model of Legrand” and combine “the strengths and experiences of our current sales managers and market representatives,” said Doug Fikse, president of Legrand’s home systems division. NuVo’s independent manufacturer representatives will service NuVo’s dealers and distributors through the end of June.

NuVo currently has both direct dealers and distributors serviced by rep firms.

The change will provide dealers “with unparalleled levels of coordinated support for sales, training, customer service, and technical assistance,” Fikse added.

The combined sales team will be led by Bob Fallert, sales VP of Legrand’s home systems division. Two NuVo employees will join the division’s sales team to represent both NuVo and On-Q.  Kevin Davis, formerly NuVo North American sales manager, will become director of sales for the eastern U.S.  Jason Dominique, formerly NuVo sales manager for the western U.S., has been named strategic account manager. Alex Weaver, formerly home division sales director, will manage both the central and western U.S. regions.

Legrand acquired NuVo late last year.
