Pricing Released On 8 Lumix Cameras

Secaucus, N.J. –
Now within 30 days for product availability, Panasonic released pricing on
eight recently announced new Lumix digital camera models.

The Lumix cameras

were
introduced at International CES

and include the DMC-PF7, DMC-FP5, the
DMC-FH27, DMC-FH25, DMC-FH5, DMC-FH2, DMC-S3 and the DMC-S1.

All eight digital
camera models, available in March, feature Optical Image Stabilization, HD
video recording capabilities and

Panasonic’s

iA mode, which are designed to make them extremely easy to use to help take
high-quality photos.

Models in the
ultra-slim Lumix FP series include the FP7 ($230 suggested retail) and FP5
($200).  Both feature 4x optical zoom
lenses with folded optics. The FP7 is highlighted by a 3.5-inch 16:9
touchscreen LCD.

Models in the FH
series offer sleek styling and zoom lenses starting at a 28mm wide-angle focal
length.

The FH27 ($230)
has a 3-inch touchscreen LCD and is joined by the FH25 ($200). Both models feature
an 8x optical zoom lens and 16.1-megapixel resolution. The FH5 ($150), and FH2
($140) both feature a 4x optical zoom with a retractable lens.

New entry-level S-series
models include the 14.1-megapixel S3 ($130) and the 12.1-megapixel S1
($120).  Both models have a 28mm
wide-angle 4x optical zoom lens.
