Edmond, Okla. - Petra Industries, a distributor of CE, custom-installation
products and mobile audio/video accessories, has scheduled its 8th Annual Car
Audio Expo for May 2 at its headquarters, here.

Representatives from Clarion, DBD, Directed, Dual, Garmin,
Scosche, Sirius/XM and Whistler will be on hand to demonstrate their 2010
product lines and answer questions from Petra's dealers.

Attendees will also have the opportunity to register for Petra's
25th Anniversary $25,000 sweepstakes, which includes a free trip to the 2011
International CES in Las Vegas.

For the second year in a row, Petra will offer its dealers the
chance to purchase same-day mobile a/v products and accessory specials from the
show floor. Every exhibiting manufacturer will offer never-before-seen pricing,
buy-one get-one promotions and consumer rebates, Petra said.

Dealers can also look forward to the Installer Olympics, with the
incredibly popular woofer toss and creeper race, as well as manufacturer
giveaways and door prizes worth thousands of dollars.

Giveaways include a Viewsonic 85-series 42-inch 1080p HDTV, a
Garmin Nuvi 265T Travel Assistant, a JVC Blu-ray Disc player, an Apple 8GB iPod
Touch, a Philips 9-inch portable widescreen LCD HDTV and a Sony Xplod CD/radio/cassette

Petra's 8th Annual Car Expo for free, and dealers that aren't signed up can
