Panasonic Reveals VT25 3D Plasma TV Pricing

Secaucus, N.J. – Now with 30 days of delivery, Panasonic formally
revealed pricing Friday on its Viera VT25 Series FullHD 3D plasma TVs.

The first Viera models will be available in early May in the 50-
($2,600 suggested retail) and 54-inch ($3,000) screen sizes, followed in June by
the 58-inch ($3,400) and 65-inch ($4,300) models, the company said.

3D offerings to four screen sizes with availability at a wide range of consumer
electronics retailers, the company said.

In March 2010, Panasonic partnered with Best Buy to debut its
first FullHD 3D home entertainment system featuring the Viera TC-P50VT20 FullHD
3D plasma models exclusively at select Magnolia Home Theater showroom outlets.

Panasonic said the Viera VT25 series will broaden the reach of its
3D offerings to more dealers and locations.

“The arrival of our Viera VT25 series truly defines the
phenomenal capabilities of Panasonic’s FullHD 3D technology to deliver a new
level of home entertainment to consumers,” stated Henry Hauser, Panasonic
display group VP. “With Panasonic plasma’s new short-stroke phosphor
technology, FullHD 3D imagery is delivered in stunning realism and clarity to
create a truly immersive viewing experience that will make the viewer feel that
they have stepped in to the program they are watching.”

All Panasonic VT25 models will come with one pair of Panasonic 3D
active-shutter eyewear (TY-EW3D10U). Additional pairs of are available at a $150
suggested retail, each.

All models include the company’s Infinite Black Pro Panel using a
new phosphor technology that produces deep blacks (5,000,000:1 native contrast)
with minimal reflection; THX certification; Viera Cast Wi-Fi with Skype video
conferencing capability; and access to online entertainment partners Amazon
Video on Demand, Bloomberg News, Fox Sports and Netflix.
