Mountain View, Calif. — OPPO Digital is now shipping a 20-inch DVD/LCD TV combo player featuring an unconventional translucent case design.
Model LT-2007 is available on www.oppodigital.com and from authorized resellers at a $599 selling price.
OPPO said the set was designed for consumers with small or personal viewing-space requirements. The LT-2007 features an enhanced-definition 20-inch flat-panel LCD TV with a slot-loading DVD player that is built directly into the base.
Digital connections include digital audio outputs, component video input and VGA.
The LT-2007 will play back DVD videos, DiVX videos, audio CDs and Kodak Picture CDs, and it is compatible with CD-R/CD-RW, DVD-R/DVD-RW and DVD+R/DVD+RW media.
The unit is equipped with a 181-channel NTSC tuner with automatic station searching and fine tuning.
