Nyko will be showcasing two products at this year’s International CES. The company can be found at booth 9121 in the Hilton.
The Intercooler for Sony’s PlayStation3 was made available this past holiday season. This device connects to the PlayStation3 using patent-pending technology that works with the system’s power port and vent system. Once attached, the external fan placement increases internal airflow and enables the console to run at optimal temperature levels. The Intercooler for the PlayStation3 will be available for between $19.99 and $29.99. It was previously available for the Xbox 360.
It will also be showing Zero, its next-generation line of controllers. Featuring 2.4GHz wireless technology, heat-dissipating aluminum panels, back-lit buttons and an ergonomic design, Zero aims to give gamers the most complete controller experience. Zero is powered by a rechargeable battery pack and comes with a USB charging cable. It will be available in three color schemes.
Zero was released for PlayStation2 in November 2006 at a $49.99 suggested retail, and is scheduled to become available for the PlayStation3, Xbox 360 and PC in the next several months.
