Mobility Electronics Is Now iGo

5/22/2008 09:42:00 AM Eastern

Scottsdale, Ariz. — Mobility Electronics has changed its name to iGo, Inc., effective immediately.

“With our focus now squarely on the portable power solutions market and building our brand recognition, we believe the company and its stock will benefit from being more closely associated with the iGo brand,” said Michael Heil, president and CEO.

The company’s Nasdaq ticker symbol will change from MOBE to IGOI, effective at the start of trading tomorrow.

iGo markets universal power adapters for portable computers and mobile electronic devices that leverage the company’s “intelligent tip technology,” which enables one adapter to power or charge hundreds of brands and thousands of models of mobile electronic devices through the use of interchangeable tips.
