Mitek Gets Illinois Award

Winslow, Ill. – Car Electronics supplier Mitek received the
Illinois Governor Export Award for its achievements in international trade.

Mitek was selected as a leading midsized manufacturing company
with Illinois ties. Mitek ships to 80 countries, and its

annual sales exceeds
$10 million. It manufactures consumer electronics and communication products
for mobile, residential and commercial markets under such brands as MTX Audio,
Atlas Sound, StreetWires, IED, Soundolier, ETA Systems and Xtant.

Loyd Ivey, president and CEO of Mitek, said, “We have a
responsibility as a global citizen to share our knowledge, technology and
craftsmanship across the world as well as protect the lands where we do
business for the next generations to enjoy. This award recognizes everyday
people working together to achieve extraordinary results.”

Earlier this month, Ivey
also received
the Per Haugen Lifetime Achievement Award from the National
Systems Contractors Association (NSCA).

Mitek is a privately held U.S. company, founded in 1971 with
facilities in Phoenix; Winslow, Ill.; Monroe, Wis.; Louisville, Ky.; and Ennis,
Texas.
