Germantown, Tenn. - MEGA Group USA, the
national buying group for appliance, electronics and home furnishings retailers,
has forged an alliance with United Servicers Association (USA).

Under the partnership, USA will support
MEGA's self-servicing appliance dealers with management and technical training,
education programs, government relations and marketing programs.

The pact marks MEGA's first partnership
with a services association.

"We are excited to bring our retailer
partners this alliance with USA," said Rick Bellows, president of the
1,500-member, 2,500-storefront buying group, based here. "Their programs will
help our dealers bring even better service programs to their businesses,
ultimately increasing their profits and impacting their bottom line."

Paul MacDonald, executive director of the 9-year-old
service trade association, said USA looks forward to serving MEGA's retailers
and will conduct training sessions at the buying group's upcoming national
convention in Louisville, Ky., Aug. 23-26.
