McIntosh, J. Ralph Develop Soundtrack Backing Autism Awareness

Binghamton, N.Y. – McIntosh Laboratory is supporting autism awareness by
collaborating with songwriter/producer J. Ralph on the release of his
expansive Wretches & Jabberers Original Motion Picture Soundtrack.

The soundtrack debuts on CD
and vinyl LP April 5 on Rumor Mill Records. The April release of the soundtrack
is timed to coincide with National Autism Awareness Month, and a portion of all
proceeds will benefit the Autism Society of America and the Wretches &
Jabberers Fund of the Institute on Communication and Inclusion at Syracuse
University.

The CD is available at Barnes
& Noble and digitally on iTunes, with limited-edition 180 gm vinyl
available at Topspin.com and other online retailers.

McIntosh supported the pressing of the album on high-quality
vinyl. McIntosh also provided the world-class audio gear used for critical
listening during mixing, and helped connect J. Ralph with longtime McIntosh
owner Bob Weir, who joins other artists on the Wretches & Jabberers
soundtrack listed below.

Among the artists included in the soundtrack along with J.
Ralph and Bob Weir are Norah Jones, Carly Simon, Ben Harper, Antony. Vashti
Bunyan, Ben Taylor, Devendra Banhart, Judy Collins, Stephen Stills, Scarlett
Johansson, Vincent Gallo, David Garza, Bonnie Bramlett, Nic Jones, Martin
Carthy, Paul Brady, Lila Downs and Leah Siegel.

In addition to the soundtrack release during National Autism
Awareness Month in April, the Autism Society is partnering with Gerardine
Wurzburg to release Wretches & Jabberers throughout the month via
nationwide “movievents,” which will include screenings of the film and live
panel discussions featuring Tracy Thresher and Larry Bissonnette. Updates on
the film screenings may be found at
