5/31/2011 03:38:44 PM Eastern

Sonoma, Calif. -- McIntosh went to the Sonoma Jazz+ Festival
for the first time to set up a listening venue for its high-end audio
equipment.

 The listening venue
was set up as part of an ongoing effort to expand the brand's customer base
beyond audiophiles.

 The three-day festival
featured performances by John Fogerty, the Gipsy Kings, Sheryl Crow and other
artists many others. Gourmet foods from famous chefs and wines from California
wineries were also featured at the festival.

 "Discerning attendees
of Sonoma Jazz + enjoyed not only some of the world's most exciting and legendary
music, as well as wine from so many great California vineyards, they were able
to add to their prestige experience with the ultimate quality in music
listening - just the way the artists intended it to be heard," said sales and
marketing VP Linda Passaro.
