Brian Kelley, a highly visible member of GE Appliances’ top management team at trade shows and buying group meetings in recent years, has resigned as the appliance operation’s VP and general manager for sales and distribution.
He will join Ford Motor Company on July 1 as a corporate VP and CEO of that firm’s Ford Investment Enterprises subsidiary.
Jim Campbell, formerly GE Appliances’ product general manager for ranges, has been named VP of sales and distribution to replace Kelley, who left GE several weeks ago.
Succeeding Campbell in the range position is Linda Goodspeed, who was previously part of GE’s Six Sigma corporate development team.
Kelley had been with GE for five years. Before that, he spent 11 years with Procter & Gamble.
