Stamford, Conn. - Jennifer Lopez
will star in a global brand campaign to promote the Harman Kardon audio brand.
For the "Beautiful Sound" campaign,
Harman Kardon parent Harman International today launched a European TV
commercial, which is also available for viewing online. The campaign rolls out to
the U.S. and Asia early next year.
The agreement with Lopez follows
the launch earlier this year of the "Hear the Truth" brand campaign for the JBL
audio brand, also a Harman brand. The campaign's ads feature Maroon 5 and
international superstar AR Rahman. Additional artist agreements will be
announced in 2012.

megastar Jennifer Lopez to be a global ambassador for Harman Kardon's Beautiful
Sound message," said Dinesh C. Paliwal, Harman International's chairman, president
and CEO. "She personifies beauty, elegance, and style, and consistently
delivers outstanding musical performances." The Harman Kardon name, he added, "is
synonymous with incredible sound and attractive design."
In the first Harman Kardon ad, directed
by filmmaker Martin Campbell, Lopez introduces the Harman Kardon BDS
audio/video home entertainment system, a home theater in a box system with A/V
receiver/3D Blu-ray player.
