Oklahoma City, Okla. — Jasco Products has launched an improved Web site.
The site boasts a fresh graphic redesign, enhanced product descriptions, user-friendly shopping cart and comprehensive technical support section, according to the company.
“Jascoproducts.com is carefully redesigned to improve the overall experience for our customers,” says Cameron Trice, Jasco senior VP of marketing and product development. “The new Web site highlights Jasco’s broad selection of more than 2,000 GE branded consumer electronic accessories, computer accessories, home electric products and GE SmartHome products.”
The restructured site adds a new navigation bar and an improved site search function. Product descriptions now include multiple views of the item and detailed product information “tailored to educate consumers before they purchase products at one of Jasco’s valued retail partners,” Trice said.
“Consumers that don’t have access to our retail partners have the ability to purchase many of Jasco’s innovative products online,” Trice continued, “The easy-to-use shopping cart features informative product descriptions, and provides a virtually hassle-free purchase transaction.”
The site’s technical support section was also upgraded with a new product FAQ database, driver downloads, user manuals and access to Jasco customer support representatives.
The site will also feature special online sales and promotions. In the future, flash graphics, video product demos, audio podcasts, RSS feeds and product blogs are planned, the company said.
