San Jose, Calif. — Ipevo introduced a new Skype Wi-Fi phone yesterday.
The Skype-certified device is designed for open and secure networks that don’t require browser-based login. It supports WPA, WPA2 and WEP security as well as Skype contacts, voicemail, SkypeIn and SkypeOut calls, and call history.
It features a 1.8-inch LCD and includes a dock for battery charging.
The Wi-Fi phone will retail for $129 and will be sold by Ipevo directly.
