Rahway, N.J. -iHome
announced it has joined forces with New Balance for a line of athletic-themed
headphones.
The line consists of
three models, all of which are meant to feature durable, and lightweight
construction, as well as dynamic stereo sound, interchangeable colored caps,
and cord winders.
The NB439 two-in-one
sport ear buds come with removable ear hooks, in-line volume control with
remote and microphone, and a carrying case. Suggested retail is $34.99.
The NB447 are foldable
headphones with interchangeable cord lengths, an in-line remote and microphone,
and a carrying case. They are also $34.99.
Stepping down slightly
in price, at $24.99, the NB467 are foldable ear buds that have behind-the-neck
cables.
The line will have limited
distribution in 2010, iHome said, and will be widely distributed in 2011.
Further technical specs,
such as frequency range and impedance, were not available, according to a
company spokesman.
