CHESTER SPRINGS, PA. —
S3 Entertainment has
formally joined the ranks of Home Technology Specialists
of America (HTSA) as its 60th member.
The addition, reported last month in TWICE, follows
S3’s acquisition earlier this year of former HTSA member
Aurant.
Located in Park City, Utah, S3 specializes in design,
installation and systems integration and, together with
Aurant, has more than 30 years of combined experience
in residential and commercial A/V, home theater
and automation installations.
“We are excited to be a new member of HTSA,” said
S3 founder Arthur Mayo, who describes the company
as the largest digital home solutions provider in Utah.
“Joining HTSA will give us new and strategic opportunities
to stay innovative and competitive.”
Added HTSA managing director Bob Hana, “We are
extremely pleased to have S3 Entertainment as a member
of HTSA, as they are a natural choice for our group.
With S3 and Aurant, which was also an HTSA member,
we are able to build upon a great relationship as well as
strengthen our presence in the greater Salt Lake area
and thus throughout the U.S.”
HTSA is a national association of system integrators,
A/V dealers and custom installers located across 38
states with 96 storefronts and more than 400 installers.
