HTSA Adds 61st Member

Scottsdale, Ariz. — The Home Theater Specialists of America (HTSA) buying group has added its 61st member, Cyber Sound & Security, located here. The company, founded by Jon Summer in 1995, is a home automation-focused A/V company.

According to a release, Cyber Sound and Security partners with 50 custom builders to supply audio, video, security and lighting-control products. The company currently sells brands including Speakercraft, Lutron, Runco, LG, Crestron and Integra.

The company has a staff of 47, based out of a new 13,500-square-foot office/showroom.

In a release, Summers said his company joined the $500 million buying group “to reap the benefits of knowledge of 60 dealers in our field.”

Earlier this month, HTSA announced that it had added its 60th member, Synergy Audio Video of Orange, Calif.
