The device is available in white or piano black.

With a 3.5-inch color LCD TFT display, Mondo offers the largest color display in the tabletop Internet-radio category, Grace claimed. The color display shows station name and logo, song title, artist information and Pandora album art.

Mondo also features Wi-Fi 802.11b/g/n, streaming of more than 18,000 internet radio stations via the Reciva portal, and streaming of Pandora, iHeartRadio, SiriusXM Internet Radio, CBSRadio, NPR, CNN, BBC, NOAA, Weatherbug, DAR.fm, Live365.com and MP3Tunes.

The radio also connects to a home network to stream music from a networked PC in the MP3, WMA, AAC, WAV, AIFF and 24/96 Flac formats.

Audio specifications include 1-inch tweeter, 3-inch woofer and 12-watt Class D amp. Stereo RCA outputs are included to connect Mondo to an existing stereo system.

For use as a portable radio, the Mondo comes with rechargeable battery circuit to charge a separately sold $39 lithium-ion battery.

Other features include 30 variable backlight display settings, included remote, five alarm presets, dedicated snooze and sleep buttons, remote control, headset jack, aux in, and USB connection to play music files on a USB stick or connect the optional wired-Ethernet dongle.

The radio can be controlled from a free iPhone/Android app.
