Scottsdale, Ariz. – Jerry Barbera, former JVC consumer video division vice president, was named Go-Video sales VP to support the company’s continued growth and product expansion plans. Barbera will direct the creation and implementation of Go-Video’s short and long-term sales planning as well as oversee the execution of all sales of the company’s consumer electronics products, according to a Go Video statement. He will have direct oversight of Go-Video’s sales force and infrastructure. Barbera reports directly to Ed Brachocki, Go-Video’s president and chief operating officer. Barbera left JVC after 15 years of service in a variety of positions before becoming VP of the consumer video division, where he designed, planned, and successfully implemented sales and marketing plans to launch new products into the marketplace. Go Video said it tabbed Barbera due to his “significant experience coordinating branding campaigns, improving productivity, developing and implementing long-range planning, and executing corporate sales initiatives.”
