Global Warranty Expands Service Network

St James, N.Y. – Global Warranty Group has extended its service
provider coverage to cover 98 percent of the U.S. market.

The company, a leading provider of extended service contract and
OEM programs for CE and majaps in the U.S. and Canada, said the move gives it
access to over 25,000 independent servicers, allowing it to accommodate
customers in even the most remote areas of the country.

 “Our management team
recognized that most companies’ service coverage model focuses on large,
densely populated metropolitan areas with little penetration in sparsely
populated regions,” noted president Charles Pipia.  “For the past year we have worked diligently
to fill this void and establish and secure a greatly expanded service network
which will now allow on-site service to be available to virtually every
household in the United States regardless of geographic region. We believe that
we are now one of the few companies to offer true ‘blanket’ coverage nationwide.”

Pipia added that consumers living in sparsely populated rural
areas can now be afforded the same level of coverage and service as those
residing in urban centers like New York, Chicago, Atlanta, Dallas and Los
Angeles.

The expansion is supported by an “enhanced, state-of-the-art,
integrated claims processing and dispatch system which ‘fast tracks’ customer
claims and the service process,” the company said.
