Fujifilm To Move U.S. Offices

8/07/2002 09:38:00 AM Eastern

Elmsford, N.Y. - Fuji Photo Film U.S.A. has signed a lease to move its U.S. headquarters from here to Valhalla, N.Y., also in Westchester County, N.Y.

The company has leased about 164,000 square feet at Reckson Summit at 200 Summit Lake Drive, which Fujifilm reported is the largest lease transaction to occur in the county during the last two years. Fujifilm said it selected the new location upon completing a three-year search for a new headquarters in Westchester and Fairfield Counties, as well as various locations outside the New York Tri-State area.

The ten-year lease, which begins April 2003, expands its space from the 106,000 square feet at its current headquarters location in the Taxter Corporate Park, here, by 60 percent. Fujifilm moved to Elmsford from New York City in 1986.
